Welcome to your home from home for the holiday of a lifetime. This is a brief resume of what to expect at your florida villa but for a fuller description go to the photo gallery.

On arrival: We have installed a lock box for the key so you can go straight to the villa from the airport. The access codes for both the villa and Highgate Park will be sent to you on payment of your final balance.The home is alarmed so this code will also be sent to you. We also give you comprehensive driving instructions from both Orlando International and Sanford airports. There is exterior lighting to the driveway. Please note our home owners association also pays for regular police patrols of Highgate Park - do not be alarmed- we just take your safety and security very seriously.

The Great Room: CLICK HERE This is the main reason why we fell in love with this villa. The friendly sociable atmosphere is wonderful. The room has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas and a seating area with cable TV. A DVD player and Playstation are also provided. There is a CD radio which can be taken out by the pool if you wish.

Master Bedroom: CLICK HERE King size bed, cable TV, walk in closet and huge master bathroom.
Queen bedroom: Queen bed, cable TV and adjacent to a full bathroom.
2 Twin rooms: Both contain 2 beds, cable TV and closet space and share a Jack and Jill bathroom which is divided into two areas to give privacy when required.
There is also a washer and drier for guest use - so pack light!
GAMES ROOM - Carpeted throughout to feel like a real room. Pool table, air hockey, foosball, electronic basketball and darts. Play or watch - the choice is yours - fun for all ages.
FREE Broadband wi-fi internet access - take your laptop/notebook and keep in touch with the family or even work from the villa.
PHONE BONUS - for our US and Canadian guests we have long distance phone calls included - you can keep in touch with home at no extra expense.
REST OF THE WORLD - long distance means that you can book a restaurant or order tickets - beware of local calls only - that can mean not being able to call Disney World from villas in our area!! Local really means local in the US.
TOTS:Pack and play crib and high chair for our smaller guests - available free of charge. We also have strollers/pushchairs and a changing mat in the villa for your convenience.

Screened pool: CLICK HERE The great Room has direct access to a lovely covered lanai where you can sit out (or eat out) and then it's into the pool and spa. The pool can be heated during the cooler months for a supplement. With the pool lighting on at night it becomes quite magical. We have also added a pool solar blanket to keep the pool heat in and a roller to make it easy and quick to uncover/cover the pool.Please use this all the time you are not in the pool and it is being heated or it will restrict the times you can use the pool. Why pay for heat for it to escape? We have planted hibiscus outside the pool screen between us and the neighbours. This will grow to provide you with a beautiful flowering hedge - guaranteed to get you in the tropical mood. WATCH THIS SPACE: Deck extension coming soon to enable you to lounge in the sun all day - or get some shade under the lanai. The best of both worlds. The sun can be fierce in Florida- don't make the mistake of a south facing pool with no shade or you may spend more time inside than than you want!

What do you want to do on holiday?

When most people think of Orlando and Florida they obviously think of the theme parks. They are rightly world famous and improving and growing all the time. The villa is perfectly placed to visit all of them. They are all within a short driving distance.

You may not want to visit the theme parks, or only do one or two, so what else can you do in Orlando? There is lots of shopping and bargains from flea markets to designer shops. You can play golf on some of the best courses in the world. In fact there are over 160 courses to choose from so you may need to visit more than once.For information on the various golf courses CLICK HERE Why not go for an airboat ride and see the alligators close up or go horse back riding on a trail ranch. If you want culture there is theatre, opera, art galleries and museums. Orlando really has something to offer for everyone - in fact if you think of it as just the home of Mickey Mouse you may be in for a surprise.
The villa is only an hour from both the Space and Gulf Coasts and both have some amazing beaches. A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN, January 25, 2008

The major problem with this place is "HAVING TO LEAVE".For a family or people needing space this is the spot.Super clean, furnishings are all new and every thing you need is there except the food.There is a Wal-mart the size of 4 football fields(that has all you need) just minutes away.Try staying in a motel with 2 small children and no washer or dryer? The washer and dryer were a life saver.Upon arrival the handyman was there checking to make sure everything was ok and he noticed we had 2 small children and asked if a crib would be useful. My daughter-in-law said it would and 10 minutes later he shows up with a BRAND NEW crib.Although it was cool at night the heated pool meant swim when you like and we did.The park is gated but I felt very safe in the area gated or not.

Don also said he would gladly talk to anyone unsure about booking our villa. What more can you ask?
